On September 26th 2013 we created the AnimeMusic.me and Japanese music room on plug.dj so that we could listen to both Japanese and Anime music while socializing with other like minded people.

 

We knew that unless you live in Japan you would rarely be exposed to great Japanese and Anime music.

Not only that, but for those of us who really enjoy both Anime music and Japanese music it could be difficult to find friends to share your interest with.

Around 2,600 songs are played a week in our room. That's 380 Anime related or Japanese songs a day, across all genres such as Jpop, Vocaloid, Touhou and even Visual Kei.
